Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
The item must not show any signs of use, tampering or damage after delivery.
Proof of purchase must be provided
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used or had their seal broken, except where required by law.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or an error was made with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include your order number along with clear photographs of the item received.
